Privacy Notice for Project Inquiries

MSZ Enerji ve Tarım Yatırımları A.Ş. ("MSZ") provides this notice under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") for information submitted through our project inquiry form. This notice is not a request for marketing consent.

2. Categories of data

We receive your name, business or organization, email address, optional telephone number, investment location, estimated greenhouse area, project stage, service area of interest and message. Technical security logs such as IP addresses may also be processed. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, identification numbers or confidential project files through this form.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Information is used to review your inquiry, assess the proposed project, arrange discussions you request, prepare potential proposals and protect the service. Depending on the specific processing activity, legal grounds under KVKK Article 5(2) may include steps directly related to entering into a contract (c), legitimate interests subject to a rights assessment (f), or applicable legal obligations (ç). Sending marketing communications or profiling is not a condition of submitting an inquiry.

4. Collection, providers and international transfers

Information is collected electronically through website forms. Our forms are processed using Netlify; notification emails may be handled by an email service provider. Netlify infrastructure may process and store submitted personal data on servers outside Türkiye, including the United States. International transfers require a valid safeguard or condition under Article 9 of KVKK. This notice alone does not establish such a transfer mechanism or constitute consent.

5. Retention and security

Inquiries should be retained only for as long as necessary for responding to requests and applicable lawful purposes. The final retention and deletion schedule must be documented and implemented under the company's retention policy. Appropriate access and security controls are applied through the relevant providers.

6. Your rights

You may exercise the rights granted by Article 11 of KVKK, including requesting information, correction and erasure where applicable. Written requests may be sent to the controller's address above, or by other legally approved methods. Requests are answered within applicable statutory timelines.

7. Marketing communications

Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing messages, newsletters or personalized advertising. Separate optional consent may be requested if such activities are introduced in the future.

Operational review remains necessary for processor agreements, international transfer safeguards and retention practices.
